We are all told people in our life won't be there forever . At some point , after some time , you grow apart and goodbye is the only thing that works out . Or maybe it's just cause of the way their life progresses . And as you go on to different paths , you might never ever see each other again . Or maybe they might have to leave the world before you do . But how long is ' some time ' ? Is it a day , a month or a year ? A decade maybe ? Then if after a decade , people still grow apart , what does trust and love mean ? Is it just a short-term phrase that cannot really be completely believed in ? What are 'friends for life' , 'friends forever' , 'BFFs' ? Are these just a term of affection on impulse ? Do they really mean anything ? The photos we took , the laughter we shared , the fun we had , the countless heart-to-heart conversations , the songs we sang to , the random videos we did out of fun & entertainment , and the list could go on . When you look back , are they alive or dead ? Are these just memories that is in the past and buried , or memories that will always be fresh in our minds and ready to be relived ? We all might think goodbye is all for the good , but don't we all miss those moments ? Or do we prefer awkwardness standing in between us ? Maybe , if we would just relive it one more time , putting aside all the bad feelings . Have a really really good time before going on our own ways , and remember that we will always be special in one another's hearts . Always a friend for life , even if we are not always together . Life is short , why go hating on those that had once been special to you ? Don't let the memories die , keep that flame burning ♥
