it's that day with those friends, and you think to yourself with a smile on your face:
it's not about the things we do, it's because we are back together that's why the day was amazing.
hearing the same lines, looking at the same faces, feeling the same atmosphere.
and knowing that this will stay for a while.
that essentially, nothing much has changed.
and this beautiful feeling will go on.
and because i've got them, i'm special.
because i'm only me when i'm with them.
and because i know it will always be okay.

on a sidenote, alvin and the chipmunks's awesome.
and even though i suck at bowling, it's amazing too.
and because i made them smile, i smiled too.
to have them by my side for this christmas, it's great enough.
and as much as i'd like to say 'friends forever', i know it's not a definite.
but i know that even if one day if we stop being friends anymore, these memories will never be forgotten.
and i'll always remember the beauty in all the moments we shared.
